Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the knowledge framework for risk-operations procedures, including architecture, governance, and an annual review cycle designed for AI-enabled access and application.
  • •Set policy, procedure, and documentation standards (templates and structural conventions) for consistent compliance approvals and control-building.
  • •Run governance and quality adoption: review cadence, compliance against the standard, exception handling, escalation, and audit/examination readiness.
  • •Direct a vendor-based content-writing team by setting priorities, maintaining a quality bar, and developing capability against Mercury’s frameworks.
  • •Architect a training and certification system for vendor delivery and instrument program metrics (time-to-productivity, certification coverage, freshness/review compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years experience in knowledge management, enablement/L&D, operational training, or related work, including scaling a knowledge-management and/or enablement function.
  • •Experience in regulated, control-oriented environments.
  • •Ability to design end-to-end knowledge governance and the training/certification system spanning both systems and delivery.
  • •Experience building knowledge, training, and certification programs for BPO/outsourced operations audiences.
  • •Experience leading a team/pod/vendor-delivered group and influencing adoption across teams without direct authority.
