Job Summary

Join the Emergency Call Management site reliability engineering (ECM-SRE) team to improve the reliability of public-safety SaaS products. You’ll implement monitoring and observability with alert playbooks, maintain HA/reliability strategy, and manage SLOs and error budgets. The role includes incident triage with incident command, supporting incident on-call across engineering teams, and collaborating on Chaos Engineering and failure-mode analyses to strengthen production availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement monitoring and observability objectives, including maintenance of alert response playbooks.
•Create and reinforce the high availability (HA) and reliability strategy.
•Triage customer-reported incidents and problems to the proper software teams, applying troubleshooting and problem management.
•Maintain and report SLOs and error budgets; facilitate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with engineering teams.
•Provide incident on-call support across multiple engineering teams using incident command to maintain incident process focus and direction.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of professional software development or SRE experience.
•Experience developing cloud-based applications.
•Experience building REST-based APIs and applying microservice principles and architectures.
•Experience with modern DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines.
•Familiarity with observability/monitoring and high availability architecture concepts.
