Job Summary

Own KPIs for driver engagement and tier progression by building, scaling, and optimizing partnership programs focused on supply. You’ll lead partner growth across Brazil with marketing coordination, refine incentives and benefit structures to improve adoption, and analyze activation/conversion performance to optimize budget and deal terms. Serve as the internal workflow owner and partner with Marketing, Driver Operations, Product, CRM, and CS to launch and support partnership benefits effectively.

•Own KPIs for active drivers, tier progression, and partnerships conversion rate, developing initiatives to improve engagement.
•Analyze driver behavior to identify which benefits or incentives drive improvements in engagement and retention.
•Lead the scale-up of partnerships across Brazil by coordinating marketing campaigns, regional communications, and in-app visibility.
•Design, test, and optimize incentives campaigns and fleet partnership deals to improve supply adoption and match driver needs.
•Monitor partnership performance (activation, conversion, budget optimization) and coordinate with Marketing, Driver Operations, Product, CRM, and CS for targeting, messaging, and operational readiness.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve driver recruitment and recommend improvements.
