Job Summary

Serve as an HR Business Partner and labor relations subject matter expert for ATI’s Specialty Rolled Products (SRP) business, primarily supporting operations at Vandergrift with an option at Brackenridge. Partner with plant and union leadership to handle employee and labor relations matters, support performance and talent processes, assess training needs, and use HR data analytics to advise leaders. Resolve disputes under collective bargaining agreements, including NLRB-related complaints, and help drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop understanding of business/location challenges and opportunities and build relationships with plant and union leadership.
•Own employee and labor relations issues including performance improvement, investigations, grievance resolution, discipline, and terminations.
•Partner with leaders on cyclical HR processes such as performance and talent management and compensation processes.
•Assess training and development needs and implement appropriate training for leaders and employees.
•Manage, interpret, and resolve conflicts under collective bargaining agreements, including grievance/disciplinary processes and handling complaints filed with the NLRB.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree.
•3 years of experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in Labor Relations.
•Juris Doctor in lieu of HRBP or Labor Experience will be considered.
•Ability to effectively influence at all levels and maintain confidentiality.
•Ability to interpret regulations, company policies, and union contractual agreements.
