Key Responsibilities

•Achieve top-line sales targets by selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, and PORTERCABLE to end-user customers.
•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners, including management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development processes and how to execute purchasing aligned with local market teams and distributors.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives in the territory.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool to manage key accounts and opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for construction supplies with a proven track record of delivering results.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred (construction field experience may substitute).
•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% within the territory assignment.
