Job Summary

Conduct onsite inspections of third-party service contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, Service Operation Manuals (SOMs), company policies, and quality standards. Review and update SOMs based on site conditions, monitor implementation of approved programs, and coordinate corrective actions for non-compliance. Maintain inspection records, evaluate service provider performance using defined KPIs, and deliver weekly/monthly reports while supporting project teams with building-services supervision and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Review Service Operation Manuals (SOMs) for accuracy against site conditions and recommend updates.
•Monitor implementation of approved programs and procedures in the SOMs and conduct scheduled/ad-hoc inspections.
•Identify non-compliance issues, coordinate corrective actions with service providers, and verify closures via follow-up inspections.
•Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, reports, and corrective action tracking; review contractor documentation for contractual compliance.
•Support service provider performance evaluation using defined processes and KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly evaluation reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or facilities management.
•Experience supervising contractors and service providers (preferred).
•Strong understanding of contractor supervision, building services, audits, and compliance standards.
•Familiarity with Service Operation Manuals (SOMs), quality systems, and contractual compliance.
