Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage tactical procurement projects, ensuring sourcing activity follows Procurement processes, governance, and requirements.
  • •Support Category Managers and Senior Buyers on larger and more complex procurement projects.
  • •Understand business requirements with stakeholders and develop appropriate procurement strategies.
  • •Conduct market analysis, identify potential suppliers, and support supplier qualification and due diligence.
  • •Develop and manage RFx documentation and evaluation models and support sourcing events through queries, submissions, evaluation, shortlisting, and negotiation support.

Salary: GBP 35,000 - 41,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A degree, preferably in Business (or a related subject) or progress towards a CIPS qualification.
  • •A working understanding of sourcing and contract lifecycle management.
  • •Experience using eSourcing platforms to run or support sourcing events.
  • •Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across teams.
