Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Greet all visitors to the Spa and Wellness Centre in a warm and sincere manner, creating a professional guest experience.
•Handle spa cashier transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
•Promote spa services and memberships, provide information, and guide guests to tours of facilities; assist new members with membership applications.
•Liaise with therapists for bookings and cancellations and respond to telephone inquiries with appropriate actions such as bookings or referrals to the relevant team.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with details and provide handover notes to the next shift.

Key Requirements

•One year of reception experience in an international spa or similar setting.
•Business Administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary certificate is an advantage; sales or customer service training is an advantage.
•Knowledge of natural therapies is preferable.
•Local language with excellent oral and written skills; English is also required (good oral and written).
•Client-facing experience in reception/front of house; strong customer service and communication skills; able to operate in-house booking/database systems.
