Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker by building customer profiles through a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, use marketing tools to set appointments, and cross-sell within the existing customer base. Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) for holistic referrals, meet production and customer experience goals, and process teller transactions while supporting platform staff.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the value proposition and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Work with business partners to refer customers for holistic solutions, process teller transactions, and support the platform staff while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
