Job Summary

Administer, maintain, and optimize IBM CICS and MQ environments running on IBM z/OS for mission-critical online transaction processing. Install and configure CICS TS and MQ subsystems, manage PTFs and release upgrades, and design and customize CICS regions. Perform proactive monitoring, advanced troubleshooting using dumps and traces, enhance performance and stability, and execute disaster recovery testing with rotational 24/7 on-call support.

•Install, configure, and maintain CICS TS and MQ subsystems on z/OS, including managing PTFs and release upgrades.

•Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform deep-dive analysis of dumps and traces to find root causes.
