Sr. Analyst, External Reporting and Equity Accounting

Prepare and review SEC filings and internal reporting, driving accurate equity accounting processes. Support quarter-end management reports, disclosures, and stock-based compensation entries under ASC 718, including weighted shares and equity schedules. Serve as a technical accounting resource for equity-related issues, assess new accounting standards for SEC/GAAP compliance, and coordinate reporting timelines while partnering cross-functionally to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate.
