Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare high-quality financial statement disclosures in SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Prepare quarter-end management reports and analyses of financial results to support internal and external reporting.
  • •Develop quarter-end financial schedules and calculations, including weighted shares, statement of stockholders’ equity, and statement of cash flows.
  • •Record and analyze quarter-end stock-based compensation entries in accordance with ASC 718, including valuations, flux analyses, and forecasts.
  • •Serve as a technical accounting resource by researching equity-related issues, memorializing conclusions in memos, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure disclosures are complete and accurate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,400 - 190,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience, with Big 4 public accounting firm experience preferred.
  • •Overall understanding and experience applying US GAAP and SEC financial reporting requirements.
  • •Proficiency researching accounting literature and resolving complex accounting issues.
  • •CPA preferred; if not licensed, able to meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in the relevant jurisdiction.
