Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze European private credit investment opportunities using meetings, financial analysis, market studies, due diligence, and scenario analysis.
  • •Build LBO and corporate transaction models and support investment underwriting workstreams.
  • •Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee.
  • •Monitor existing investments using financial analysis and management discussions; prepare investment reports.
  • •Stay informed on developments in European private debt, blended finance, and emerging markets, and help prepare marketing materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in corporate finance (business or engineering school/university).
  • •Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • •Previous experience in corporate finance (e.g., private equity, investment banking, structured finance, transaction services) is appreciated.
  • •Fluent in French and English and able to work in an international setup.
  • •Strong analytical approach with attention to detail, able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
