Key Responsibilities

  • •Program and operate water jets, including proper start-up and shut-down.
  • •Program and set up using proper garnet and mixing nozzles.
  • •Generate multiple part nesting’s and print layouts.
  • •Troubleshoot program/offset/condition settings and adjust corrections; assist in machine repairs.
  • •Record daily time and production numbers/scrap, and inspect finished parts with proper tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with overhead cranes, basic hand tools, tape measure, calipers, micrometers, or air grinders.
  • •Experience with DXF, DWG and various print file types.
  • •Pump rebuild knowledge.
  • •5 Axis & Tilt A Jet experience.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and work extended hours/weekends as needed.
