Key Responsibilities

  • •Process account onboarding, including advisory and custodial account agreements.
  • •Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance, including retirement coding reconciliations.
  • •Handle asset movement requests from initiation to completion, including checks, wires, ACH, and journals.
  • •Support retirement account rollovers and reconciliation of transferred assets, including annuity rollovers (with guidance).
  • •Coordinate offboarding client notifications and manage returned mail/abandoned property accounts.
