Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced field service support for Philips Imaging systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, and installations.
•Perform system diagnostics and repairs using approved tools and remote diagnostics to minimize downtime and restore clinical operations.
•Ensure compliance with Philips quality standards, medical device regulations, radiation safety requirements, MR safety protocols, and accurate service documentation.
•Maintain detailed service records, responsibly manage parts inventory, and ensure full traceability of diagnostics, repairs, and system performance.
•Manage customer escalations, communicate technical issues and expectations effectively, and identify commercial opportunities such as service upgrades and lifecycle replacements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics), Medical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
•Minimum 4 years in a customer-facing role within an Engineering, Medical, or Science-related environment.
•Hands-on experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment (MRI, CT, X-ray, Cath Lab/IGT, or Nuclear Medicine) in a field service or hospital biomedical/clinical engineering setting.
•Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceMax) and remote service tools.
•OEM modality training certificates (Multimodality preferred) and an IT/networking certification such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are a plus.
