Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a consistent on-the-ground presence across the assigned area rather than relying on periodic check-ins.
  • •Lead TSS-only intel calls by deep-diving into individual accounts and prescribers to surface account-level detail.
  • •Track and analyze new patients written within the assigned area and consolidate account activity trends.
  • •Collect and synthesize field insights, including competitive intelligence, account dynamics, emerging trends, and grant activity.
  • •Respond to field needs assessments, and partner with the Training Manager to lead structured training calls; serve as interim coverage for regional leaders as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including field sales or field-facing commercial roles; rare disease, specialty, or cardiology experience preferred.
  • •BS/BA required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with field teams and translate on-the-ground observations into actionable insight for leadership.
