Job Summary

Perform quality assurance for Pegasus Aviation Services by ensuring compliance with FAA and other aviation authority regulations. Verify FAR 145 requirements and Pegasus Operations Specifications, host and support quality audits, and develop/enforce company policies and safety programs. Audit customer transit documents, coordinate corrective actions, qualify repair station vendors and suppliers, and support training and recordkeeping. This DOT Safety Sensitive role may occasionally require AMT support.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with FAA and other aviation authority regulatory requirements and verify FAR 145 §145.205 and Pegasus Operations Specifications.
•Host quality audits with regulatory agencies, customer quality assurance teams, and foreign aviation regulators.
•Develop, support, and enforce company policies and safety programs; establish quality control benchmarks and audit company activities.
•Audit customer transit documents, correct discrepancies, and liaise with customer representatives on action policies and training initiatives.
•Qualify and monitor repair station vendors and suppliers; develop and conduct training course studies and maintain training records.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,547 - 168,990 annually

Key Requirements

•Hold a valid FAA AMT license with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
•Have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift to 50 pounds comfortably.
•Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English (read, write, speak, understand).
•Possess a minimum High School education (graduate or GED) and be at least 18 years old.
•Successfully complete a background investigation (including FBI fingerprints, criminal history, and pre-employment drug test) and show proof of right to work in the U.S.
