Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with FAA and other aviation authority regulatory requirements and verify FAR 145 §145.205 and Pegasus Operations Specifications.
  • •Host quality audits with regulatory agencies, customer quality assurance teams, and foreign aviation regulators.
  • •Develop, support, and enforce company policies and safety programs; establish quality control benchmarks and audit company activities.
  • •Audit customer transit documents, correct discrepancies, and liaise with customer representatives on action policies and training initiatives.
  • •Qualify and monitor repair station vendors and suppliers; develop and conduct training course studies and maintain training records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,547 - 168,990 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid FAA AMT license with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift to 50 pounds comfortably.
  • •Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English (read, write, speak, understand).
  • •Possess a minimum High School education (graduate or GED) and be at least 18 years old.
  • •Successfully complete a background investigation (including FBI fingerprints, criminal history, and pre-employment drug test) and show proof of right to work in the U.S.
