Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead factory expansion projects from concept through commissioning, managing scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Serve as owner’s representative for construction activities, ensuring alignment with business and production goals.
  • •Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and capital expenditure plans as it pertains to factory equipment and facility requirements.
  • •Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineering firms; monitor site progress, quality, and safety.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing, process engineering, and operations teams to translate production needs into facility requirements; review and approve design drawings and construction documents

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in industrial construction or capital projects, with aerospace or high-spec manufacturing exposure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • •Strong expertise in construction project management, contracts, and site execution
  • •Experience with factory automation or advanced manufacturing environments; lean factory design knowledge
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end factory expansions from site selection through commissioning
