Key Responsibilities

  • •Own specific product schedules (NPI or Mass Production), Logistic Equipment, or supply chain role per factory needs.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, shift-operations, and quality teams to identify issues, resolve incidents, and author/maintain SOPs for each domain.
  • •Conduct capacity analysis and supply-chain forecasting to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate factory production schedules with internal teams and external stakeholders (Korea HQ) to set correct priorities.
  • •Partner with systems technology and engineering teams to design and demonstrate improvements to scheduling and productivity systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering & Applied Mathematics.

  • •Python, SQL, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) knowledge preferred.
  • •Experience with Automated Manufacturing or Semiconductor FAB a plus.
