Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Conduct scheduling with resource loading and leveling; consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS.
  • •Assess impacts on critical/near-critical activities, monitor deviations and variances, and apply EVM to measure progress with periodic progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, field related to construction, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
