Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and SAP uploads for Sales and Aftersales operations.
  • •Oversee sales accounting, documentation, cash control, refunds, petty cash, daily collections, and intercompany reconciliations for compliance.
  • •Review and strengthen stock, debtor, insurance, and WIP controls including physical inventory reconciliation and annual stock counts in line with IFRS.
  • •Ensure branch adherence to finance SOPs, support internal audit reviews, and drive timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • •Lead, supervise, and develop the branch finance team while providing ad hoc reports and support for business projects and senior management needs.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of finance experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and MIS reporting.
  • •Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, tax laws, IFRS, and internal control requirements.
  • •Chartered Accountant or similar professional finance qualification.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
  • •Analytical, detail-oriented ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
