•Apply USG expertise to navigate acquisition processes, regulations, and compliance requirements for government contracts and partnerships.
•Manage budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and schedules; define and track OKRs and report program status to stakeholders.
•Support proposal development for FFP, T&M, and CPFF proposals; serve as primary point of contact for USG-related matters.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; support security protocol adherence and drive continuous improvement, including transitions from prototype to production.

•5+ years leading and delivering complex programs, preferably for USG customers in space and/or network communications.
•Experience building and managing schedules, tracking deliverables, running PMRs, and presenting to customers.
•In-depth knowledge of USG processes, acquisition, regulations, and compliance requirements, including FAR/DFARS and contract terminology (FFP, T&M, BAAs, sole-source, IDIQs, OTAs).
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong communication, strategic planning, risk management, and budget/resource management skills.
