Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and evolve security products and platforms that reduce corporate endpoint exposure and protect the development ecosystem, including isolated and reproducible environments.
•Make architecture decisions and help define the technical roadmap, balancing security, user experience, scalability, maintainability, and solution adoption.
•Design and implement controls over code execution, applications, and artifacts to reduce reliance on untrusted sources while ensuring traceability, integrity, and provenance.
•Design controls for agents, connectors, skills, models, and other GenAI components and build solutions to automate risk identification, detection, triage, and control application.
•Develop observability, inventory, and detection capabilities for endpoints and development environments, defining adoption, coverage, and effectiveness metrics and contributing to incident analysis and response.

Key Requirements

•Solid software development experience, mainly with Go and/or Python, including REST API integration and building or operating large-scale products/platforms.
•Ability to make architecture decisions, analyze trade-offs, and lead complex technical initiatives from definition to production adoption.
•Experience working cross-functionally with other teams to build technical alignment and drive adoption of platforms, standards, or controls.
•Knowledge of security applied to development platforms, endpoints, or software supply chain, with interest in new attack surfaces introduced by agents, connectors, models, plugins, and IDE extensions.
•Experience or interest in development environments, technology platforms, or security, with willingness to learn and work on emerging technologies.
