Key Responsibilities

•Give proper recognition to Live Nation executives and VIPs to foster appreciation.
•Provide guests information about their experience in lounges and music areas.
•Assist guests with timing of supporting acts and headliner acts.
•Coordinate with manager, bar staff, and server regarding arrival of all guests.
•Maintain lounge ambiance and provide superior guest service through observation and anticipation of needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
