Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a PLG roadmap to get users to their “Aha!” moment as fast as possible.
  • •Identify friction points across user journeys and build scalable product-led mechanisms that convert casual users into power users.
  • •Identify and deploy AI capabilities to create context-aware, personalized growth experiences.
  • •Partner across Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Data Science, and Customer Success to clear roadblocks and execute quickly.
  • •Plan, execute, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to optimize funnels, tracking TTV, Activation Rate, Retention, and Feature Adoption Depth.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of Product Management experience driving activation, adoption, and engagement metrics in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
  • •Experience using AI tools and frameworks, with generative AI and ML applied to personalize user journeys and rethink onboarding.
  • •Quantitative product analytics experience using tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL, paired with qualitative synthesis.
  • •Strong ability to communicate product vision, align cross-functionally without formal authority, and translate customer insights into engineering tasks.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).
