Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive organizational effectiveness priorities aligned to business strategy, including people/organization-design aspects of change programs.
  • •Monitor and interpret organizational effectiveness indicators and coach business leaders on leading these efforts.
  • •Deliver talent priorities by coaching people leaders on talent planning, talent identification, pipelines, organizational planning, and performance.
  • •Partner with Reward COEs and consult business leaders on total reward decisions (compensation, benefits, recognition) and provide business insights.
  • •Ensure compliance in employee relations and international labor standards, coach leaders and unions on inclusive environments, and support engagement plans and employee experience with COEs/GBS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • •Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • •Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and manage complex employee relations.
  • •Experience with audit processes related to food industry standards (e.g., SMETA, ISO, HACCP) is a plus.
