Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end procurement execution for assigned major and complex packages from RFQ issuance through award recommendation and execution support.
  • •Own procurement packages to ensure alignment with approved project schedule, budget, and technical requirements; coordinate procurement activities across scopes.
  • •Lead technical and commercial evaluations for assigned packages in coordination with engineering and project teams; verify evaluation reports.
  • •Conduct supplier and subcontractor management: prequalification support, performance review, and risk monitoring/escalation for non-performance.
  • •Prepare and finalize purchase orders and subcontract agreements; ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance, and support resolution of procurement issues during execution and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of experience in a Procurement Engineer role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or civil engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, and subcontract scopes for complex projects.
  • •Experience with long-lead and specialist items (e.g., façade works, specialist finishes, high-spec systems).
  • •Solid commercial judgment and negotiation capability within delegated authority; understanding of subcontract and PO contractual conditions and risk exposure.
