Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Americas gross margin accounting, including sales adjustments and transport and duty postings for accurate financial reporting.
  • •Manage intercompany balances across the Americas, including transaction matching, variance investigation, and reconciliation difference resolution.
  • •Reconcile balance sheet accounts, identify financial risks and opportunities, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • •Prepare and review manual journals and Record to Report information for internal, external, and statutory reporting.
  • •Partner with regional commercial teams, Group Finance, and external auditors to resolve queries, coordinate reporting, and gather supporting evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Studying towards, or qualified in, a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • •Relevant accounting experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and control.
  • •Practical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP applied in a complex business environment.
  • •Confidence working with large data sets and complex Excel models; broad Microsoft Office capability.
  • •Collaborative relationship building and clear communication, with attention to detail and sound judgement.
