Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate trucks and move trailers in and out of loading areas while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson procedures.
  • •Spot and pull trailers in and out of dock doors on site and at offsite warehouse using proper pull light procedures.
  • •Ensure product protection by monitoring temperatures, fuel levels, and proper running of refrigeration units.
  • •Seal finished loads and maintain the integrity of seals while trailers are on Tyson property.
  • •Perform pre-trip inspections on shag trucks and report defects to a supervisor immediately, while keeping the yard free of debris and maintaining truck cleanliness daily.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 months of driving experience within the last 12 months.
  • •Valid state-issued driver’s license and a clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with no DUI/DWIs in the last 12 months.
