Key Responsibilities

•Identify trends and root causes of deviations against the baseline using lead/lag indicators and recommend remedial actions to drive value for the client.
•Lead evaluation of the project’s time, cost and quality targets, applying governance controls to enable successful delivery.
•Coordinate with a remote team of cost managers to reach an agreed cost baseline and ensure client value for money.
•Guide and influence the general contractor to progress in line with the schedule and cash flow parameters.
•Act as the main client contact to resolve delivery and commercial issues while preparing formal and ad hoc reports on time, cost and quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in project controls coordination across all project phases including program, risk and reporting in life sciences or data centre sectors.
•Ability to determine corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and data from multiple sources.
•Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
•Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent service and ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
•Strong time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines and work independently.
