•Turn company strategy into execution by identifying and prioritizing initiatives for near- and long-term growth.
•Champion value engineering across the customer lifecycle, helping customers articulate, quantify, and realize business impact.
•Own other high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, including segment growth and customer adoption/usage programs.
•Influence decision-making by generating insights through research and analysis, writing recommendations, and driving alignment.
•Depending on priorities, incubate new sub-functions/business processes and upgrade business intelligence rhythms (KPIs, dashboards, cadences).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,200 - 198,400 annually

•4-6+ years of relevant experience in strategy & execution (business operations, strategy/operations, management consulting, product management, entrepreneurship, investing/investment banking).
•Strong problem-solving skills and a foundation to produce high-quality strategic and analytical work.
•Track record of results and ability to build and execute in ambiguous environments.
•Excellent communication (written and verbal), collaboration, and project management skills.
•Proficiency in or willingness to learn SQL.
