You’ll handle outbound calling, consultative problem-solving, and profile reviews to help pros improve response time, reviews, and quick replies. Serve as an expert on products, marketing strategy, lead costs, and ROI, troubleshoot inquiries, cross-sell offerings, and maintain performance metrics including revenue attainment and NPS.
