Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise interior design (ID) works and manage a dedicated team through all project phases.
  • •Collaborate with architects and other design disciplines to resolve design or construction issues and support seamless execution.
  • •Provide expert input on selection of materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with design and project requirements.
  • •Contribute to and approve construction ID details, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision.
  • •Manage and review construction documentation (e.g., shop drawings, material submittals, method statements) and maintain accurate as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • •Background in construction supervision, site coordination, design management, and quality assurance for large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related subject.
  • •Preferably 15+ years of experience with architectural design management, including high-rise tower projects (ideally 300+ meters) and delivery leadership in the Middle East.
