Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Perform audits as per plan monthly and report timely results/reports.
•Update established procedures and assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basis.
•Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QLIs and other measurements.
•Maintain and publish KPI/QI/COQ data for key functions of the fabrication yard and projects; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and findings to ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in EPC construction or fabrication
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
•Ability to synthesize complex information and design workflows; effective written and verbal communication
•Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement and ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001); ISO Auditor training
