Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform audits as per plan monthly and report timely results/reports.
  • •Update established procedures and assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basis.
  • •Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QLIs and other measurements.
  • •Maintain and publish KPI/QI/COQ data for key functions of the fabrication yard and projects; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and findings to ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in EPC construction or fabrication
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • •Ability to synthesize complex information and design workflows; effective written and verbal communication
  • •Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement and ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001); ISO Auditor training
