Senior Executive Officer (ADGM)

Lead and manage the ADGM-regulated entity, driving execution of strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness. Serve as the primary point of contact for FSRA, oversee regulated activities and controls, and foster a compliance and ethical culture. Provide leadership to senior management, ensure appropriate governance frameworks and policies are operating effectively, and manage key regulatory, operational, financial, technology, and reputational risks.
