Job Summary

Strategic HR technology leader responsible for the vision, delivery, and optimization of the global HCM ecosystem. Serves as the primary IT BRM for HR, leading a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Developers to manage Workday, ensure data integrity, and drive digital transformation, including future-state architecture and migrations. Partners with HR leaders, vendors, and Security to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and SOX controls across platforms.

•Lead the HR Technology team (Business Analysts and Developers) to manage Workday roadmap, data integrity, and digital transformation on a global scale.
•Oversee design, development, and implementation of new or redesigned HR systems, reports, and policies for internal use.
•Establish and monitor KPIs for system performance, ticket resolution, and project delivery.
•Manage vendor relationships, HR technology budget, and contract renewals; ensure training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
•Drive HCM strategy evolution, market analysis, and migrations to future-state platforms as needed, including edge AI integrations.

Key Requirements

•Experience of 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role.
•Expert-level knowledge of Workday (HCM, Recruit, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Security) or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems.
•Migration experience leading large-scale system implementations or HCM-to-HCM migrations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
•Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL frameworks.
