Job Summary

Oversee the strategy and execution of logistics, warehousing, and inventory standards across LATAM. Own supply chain best practices aligned to ASCM, lead network optimization assessments, and ensure compliant import/export processes. Manage transportation and 3PL/vendor selection, SOP development, KPIs/DIFOT performance metrics, and continuous improvements to correct inefficiencies and strengthen delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement and sustain supply chain best practices across LATAM markets in alignment with ASCM standards.
•Lead LATAM supply chain network optimization assessments and execution.
•Select and manage transportation, warehousing, and logistics partners (including 3PLs) and maintain compliant import/export standards for each LATAM country.
•Develop and optimize logistics, warehousing, and inventory SOPs; establish KPIs/performance metrics (including DIFOT) and report results.
•Diversify carrier portfolios, run bid/lane negotiations, onboard agents for final mile optimization, and manage vendor qualification/deactivation as needed.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of leadership experience in logistics/supply chain, including asset-based and outsourced transportation.
•3-5 years managing a team with multiple layers of management.
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
•Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
•Experience using data and analytics to formulate and implement countermeasures across multiple locations.
