Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and sustain supply chain best practices across LATAM markets in alignment with ASCM standards.
  • •Lead LATAM supply chain network optimization assessments and execution.
  • •Select and manage transportation, warehousing, and logistics partners (including 3PLs) and maintain compliant import/export standards for each LATAM country.
  • •Develop and optimize logistics, warehousing, and inventory SOPs; establish KPIs/performance metrics (including DIFOT) and report results.
  • •Diversify carrier portfolios, run bid/lane negotiations, onboard agents for final mile optimization, and manage vendor qualification/deactivation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of leadership experience in logistics/supply chain, including asset-based and outsourced transportation.
  • •3-5 years managing a team with multiple layers of management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • •Experience using data and analytics to formulate and implement countermeasures across multiple locations.
