Key Responsibilities

•Ship working agentic solutions—agents, integrations, and prototypes—within the first weeks, owning technical design, prototyping, and deployment.
•Partner with customer IT and engineering leaders to understand infrastructure, find AI opportunities, and align agentic capabilities to business goals.
•Set up and manage model deployments across cloud-hosted environments and local deployment frameworks, optimizing performance.
•Translate builds into demos and executive-ready narratives, making the “Find, Prove, Deliver” prototype and story both matter.
•Shape product capabilities by feeding field learnings back to product and engineering teams, documenting delivery playbooks, and raising the team’s game.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 214,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience building with AI, including prompting well, catching errors, verifying outputs, and shipping results.
•Cloud and API fundamentals with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and real work with enterprise APIs in production contexts.
•Practical experience with AI architecture and agentic workflows, including familiarity with standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
•Some exposure to local model infrastructure, such as running or experimenting with local model deployments (e.g., vLLM, MLX).
•Clear communication skills to explain complex ideas simply and stay composed when driving discovery with stakeholders.
