Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage an assigned cleaning or etching process and support related sub-processes.
  • •Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods (e.g., SPC) to improve yield, cost, and cycle time.
  • •Execute simple optimizations independently and support more complex process changes, including TGP.
  • •Ensure process availability and define maintenance strategies.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (e.g., AAWs, REZ), train production teams, and contribute to NPI/ramp-up and risk topics (FMEA/ECR).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a technical or natural science field (or comparable qualification such as a Meister with a technical/chemical background).
  • •Relevant professional experience in a production and technical environment, ideally in cleaning, etching, or comparable surface/chemical processes.
  • •Hands-on experience with cleaning and/or etching process parameters, interactions, and tolerances.
  • •Practical use of Six Sigma, SPC, PDCA, and continuous improvement to stabilize and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • •Strong German and English skills (written and spoken).
