  • •Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization and foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
  • •Define the long-term technical vision and organizational structure for the AI Solutions team aligned to product and business goals.
  • •Lead technical design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions using Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake ML, owning end-to-end implementation to production.
  • •Serve as senior engineering authority in customer engagements, partnering with Fortune 100 customers and GTM teams to drive business impact.
  • •Influence headcount, budget, and product roadmaps and represent Snowflake’s AI capabilities and vision within the technical community.

Salary: USD 264,000 - 379,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years as an Engineering Director managing managers.
  • •Deep AI/ML expertise with hands-on experience building and deploying solutions using LLMs, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies.
  • •Strong record delivering complex enterprise software solutions and understanding large-scale enterprise challenges.
  • •Experience scaling engineering organizations, including managing teams across multiple geographic locations.
