Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and report maintenance/repair needs.
  • •Operate the ready-mix concrete truck safely to deliver to job sites per dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •May add materials (fiber, color, or other additives) to the concrete mix and ensure delivered product quality (e.g., slump).
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher and follow delivery ticket instructions; load materials safely and obtain required signatures.
  • •Maintain operator logs/forms/records per company policy and DOT regulations, including written reports of problems or repairs as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a current Class A or B CDL with self-certification of non-excepted interstate and a current DOT medical card.
