Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver AI integration features, bug fixes, and improvements with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • •Design and build tools and modules that enable new AI capabilities across a wide variety of model types and sizes.
  • •Maintain a high-quality codebase using consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • •Implement and develop P2P technology for use with local AI systems to enable large-scale operation.
  • •Contribute to agent harness development, including tool calling and agent loop behavior, and help with evaluation/test infrastructure for non-deterministic systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building production software with deep experience in P2P systems, AI/LLM tooling, or both.
  • •Hands-on experience building agent harnesses (tool calling, agent loops, context management, structured outputs).
  • •Experience building evals and test infrastructure for non-deterministic systems.
  • •Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including modeling complex state from sync protocols to agent loops.
  • •Experience designing for failure (network partitions, model errors, timeouts, retries) and strong testing/debugging skills.
