Key Responsibilities

•Oversee client and internal partner initiatives for onboarding new and existing Treasury Management clients to meet deliverables on time.
•Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
•Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
•Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues using project plans as needed.
•Solicit ongoing feedback from clients, Relationship Managers, internal partners, and servicing peers to identify improvement opportunities.
