Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong stockroom standards
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to support store operations
