Technical Consultant

Scope and deliver custom technical consulting projects for 360Learning clients, translating business needs into platform setups, integrations, and solutions. You’ll work across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to document use cases, define client architecture, facilitate integrations (e.g., flat files and APIs), and provide technical expertise through the implementation lifecycle. You’ll also develop repeatable processes and tools, troubleshoot complex integrations, and contribute to documentation and a knowledge base.
