Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and complete complex domestic site inspections, ascertain cause and extent of damage, and coordinate trades/other relevant specialists to provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience for customers
  • •Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
  • •Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes and acceptance/rejection of claims
  • •Provide high-calibre reports for clients through concise written and verbal communication
  • •Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving throughout the claims journey

  • •Proven ability to manage a high caseload and competing priorities
  • •Strong and demonstrable experience as a Loss Adjuster
