Loyalty Ops Associate

Own the operational backbone of Blackbird Club membership—ensuring access-based rewards work as promised and partnering with restaurants to manage fulfillment. Run Blackbird Presents and Members Nights end-to-end, including ticketing operations, guest communications, venue coordination, and on-the-ground execution. Serve as the operational day-to-day contact for loyalty partnerships (e.g., Mercedes), coordinating activations, tracking deliverables, and leading onboarding and ongoing management.
