Parts Buyer

Responsible for purchasing maintenance repair and replacement parts for the assigned location, ensuring correct inventory levels and accountability. You’ll help oversee daily purchasing operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and obtain competitive bids for parts and materials to secure quality at the best price with favorable delivery schedules. Maintain the warehouse to USDA standards, issue supplies as needed, reconcile purchase orders with incoming goods, and support safety-focused leadership, training, and communication with vendors, maintenance, and accounting teams.
