Job Summary

Own the end-to-end charter and success criteria for a modernization initiative, establishing governance structures and serving as the primary interface for executive sponsors, business owners, and technology leadership. Define program scope across workstreams, break it into projects and milestones, coordinate dependencies, and drive release/cutover planning with mock runs and rollback readiness. Manage RAID, risks, issues, program financials, and SLA/SOW obligations, while providing executive and PMO status reporting and stakeholder workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the program charter, objectives, and success criteria for the modernization initiative.
•Establish governance structures (steering committees, program working groups, architecture review boards) and act as the primary executive/business/technology point of contact.
•Define and manage overall program scope across all workstreams; break the program into projects, milestones, and sprint plans while coordinating dependencies.
•Drive release planning and cutover planning (mock runs, dress rehearsals, freeze windows, rollback) aligned to major platform go-lives.
•Identify and manage program risks/issues, maintain risk registers and mitigation/contingency plans, and own program financials and SLA/SOW delivery obligations with clear status reporting.

Key Requirements

•15+ years leading large-scale data modernization, insurance transformation, or enterprise reporting programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
•Experience managing fixed-fee/milestone-based delivery across architecture, ingestion, transformation, reporting, testing, and hypercare.
•Proven coordination across business, IT, Guidewire program teams, data SMEs, security, infrastructure, and vendor partners.
•Ability to drive executive governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, financial control, change management, and steering committee reporting.
•Familiarity with hybrid agile delivery, release planning, sprint governance, and phased cutovers aligned to major platform go-lives.
