Infrastructure & Operations - Platform Engineer - Support

Provide first-level support for Microsoft Windows platform issues, assisting business and development end-users via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Triage and resolve incidents involving desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and peripherals, and perform OS/application/hardware driver installations and configurations. Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools, document resolutions in a knowledge base, maintain incident updates, and escalate when needed while supporting IT projects and training.
